BT DOH Holster for CZ SP-01 Shadow

Looking to buy a Blade-Tech DOH holster for my SP-01 Shadow. But not sure which barrel length setting I should choose. The Shadow has a 114mm barrel which is approx 4.5". But the closest one on the webpage are either 4.25", or 5". Does anyone have idea which one I should choose (sent an email to BT but no reply at all)? Thanks a lot!
