I would like to hear thoughts from the owners of the BT GHM9 Gen 3s utilizing the Glock mags.

Ive found many reviews of the pistol variant gen 2 but would be curious how the NR version balances and the over construction and feeding with Glock mags generation 3.

In the past a range I worked with had a BT APC 9mm that was used consistently. It worked well most of the time other than FTF's. I didn't find the quality on par with the price point.

Thanks.

I have a NR Gen3 with the Glock lower. I haven't loaded a single round into the SGM Tactical 10/33 magazine that came with the gun; I personally think extra long mags look...dumb. That said, I use my Glock 17 Gen4 magazines - 12 of them - and have not had a single ftf or fte after almost 1000 rounds.

While with an 18.77" barrel, it's a pretty lengthy gun, it balances very well. I'm not at all a fan of the factory folding stock and am currently in the process of acquiring the parts to switch it out to more of an AR-style folder. Aside from that, build quality, fit & finish and overall function are all top shelf.

Thats very good to know from a reliability standpoint. I'm sure most of us don't utilize hollow points for range use but have you tried clambering any? Apparently gen 2 plus had a new steel feed ramp that was installed or could be if the prior ramp wasn't in that production run.

I'm trying to get the feel for a longevity purchase compared to the Ruger PC9 or FX9 with Glock mag compatibility. Looking to make one purchase and close the PCC chapter.

I have not tried hollow points in mine, but if I recall correctly, the feed ramp was modified during the Gen 1 to Gen 2 transition, so mine is good to go, as would yours if you end up buying a new one.

Aside from building up a new butt stock and replacing the grip with a Hogue rubber over-molded grip, there's really not a lot that I want to modify with this gun.
