just wondering if anyone has purchased a Remington "Bucket of Bullets"?
I anm shooting from a revolver, so feed issues are not to worry about.

Buddy of mine just bought the bucket from Rem along with a 10/22. Accuracy and feeding issues galore!! I think the round is underpowered with inconsistent powder load. When we switched him to Fiocchi, his 10/22 shot without a hitch. Obviously feeding is no problem with your revolver but accuracy might be..You get what you pay for I guess.

thanks, i just did the math and its 5.2 cents/round for BoB and 6.4 cents/round for Federal at my LGS.
I may just pick up the Federal, as i know how it shoots.

I have 2800 rounds of BOB to deal with.. So far, I am not impressed with the cycling and jamming issues.. They are a cleaner bullet than the Blazer's I bought with my savage. I paid $32. for 500 rounds of Blazer round nose, and $89. for 1400 of BOB.

My savage does not like BOB at all. My old Butler Creek doesn't have any issues with BOB, and I have only had 1 jam, and one misfire. my New Butler creek on the other hand, has nightmare issues with BOB.

Which blazer did you get? There are 2 different kinds in almost the same packaging. I found the cci blazer to be very clean.

GREAT PERFORMANCE. Our Blazer 22 Long Rifle ammo is loaded with a 40
grain bullet that’s great for sports from small game hunting to casual plinking
500 Rounds “Brick” $26.99

Not sure if they are federal. Nothing federal will extract from my cutom 10/22 currently. All CCI will and the bulk blazer pack runs great in my gun. I know that's not a very scientific answer, but it's something!

Lead is different in them and the ones in the 50round are less dirty and more accurate. One is cci and the bulk is said to be federal production.

Dirty rounds and lots of duds and failures to feed in my 10/22, would not buy again. Pretty sure I got more lead on my fingers from loading them than I was able to put down range...
