Hey guys Just a heads up that the first ever PRS match in Ohio is coming up in May. The registration for PRS members opened today and general admission opens on Saturday. They are half sold out already.

Do you recommend we should join the member of Precision Rifle Series 2017 before entering the PRS match in Ohio?
I haven't decided which one to choose.

2017 PRS Bolt Gun Memberships - The fee is $100US
or
2017 PRS Club Series Memberships - The fee is free.

I would like to know what place am I in 2017. I believe that you must attend 3 PRS matches and you may qualify to enter the 2017 PRS Championships or win one of these matches, correct?

You do not have to be a PRS member to shoot in these matches. If you are a member you get early registration, tracking of your standing, and opportunity to be selected to shoot the finally if you place in the top 100, win a match or place 2 or 3 (can't remember) times in the top 15%.

I don't know any thing about the club series membership.
if you are not planning to shoot more then 2 or 3 matches or dont expect to win/place high I would not bother with the membership.

Hey Ryan, do you need a US address to register?

Update: you do not need a US address to register, only to get past the BDS checkout. Once you get into the (FRAUD ALERT) payment screen you can use your actual address.

Hey guys
Just want to see how many Canadians have signed up for the match. We are looking into renting a house that could sleep upto 16 guys.
As well if we could get organized for invite letter to help Ryan(the MD) out.
One last thing is car pooling. If you want to PM me I will start a email list and we can continue coms that way.
