I just figured it was about time to retire & get back to enjoying life & not just working. The new owners came along with an offer & Janine & I decided to take it. It's been a great run with awesome customers. Lots of challenges & lots more successes.
The new owners are younger & have more energy & have lots of good ideas for the business. I'm sure they will take care of all the customers that have come my way.

I hope they answer emails for everyone else better than they have been for me. I have tried to order some bullets they quoted on and heard crickets from 2 attempts!!

I saw this post & checked with the new owners concerning this matter. Unfortunately with them moving locations & the business transition, your email got dropped in the shuffle. They have told me that they will reach out to you and make things right. They apologize for any inconvenience they may have caused you. They will be responding to emails diligently now that they are settled in a new location.

You mention transition and Moving the business location? hopefully not moving too far away.

are they planning on having a store front or same set up as before?

Just to let all know and to be completely fair about my comments above, they did reach out and I have ordered the bullets I wanted. They honoured the price I was quoted and gave me a good delivery time for which I am completely happy now. Thanks for letting them know.
