Buffer and Spring

I have my Stag Lower and upper in the works.

I bought the M93B stock from a buddy, but from what I understand, it's sent as a replacement to an existing stock, so you are expected to use the buffer and buffer spring that came with your rifle originally, and doesn't ship with them.

Now I know Magpul sells them for that stock but their site quotes export restrictions and I am not sure where to get one up here.

My question is ......are are things universally interchangeable?

Are there different lengths that I need to be aware of before I buy one?

Or can I just grab one here in Canada and expect it to fit?

There are two different buffer sizes. Carbine and rifle length.

I have a carbine buffer and spring I'd sell if you need one.
