I have one of the Questar collapsible stocks. I have put 160 rounds through my AR with it and noticed a scraping on the inside of the buffer tube. I determined it to be the sharp end of the spring coil being slightly pround of the rest of the spring causing it, as the scraping was just along one side, and the spring end had a polished appearance to it. I smoothened out that portion of the tube inside, and sanded and smoothened the spring coil ends. I think will solve the problem.
