Why? The last thing any of us should want is the stop of cheap Russian Ammunition in a time where prices are sky rocketing. No more Tula, and no more Barnual. So now we are left with just PPU, and Norinco or old corossive for 762x39? Less choice sucks, and only works on raising all the prices and lowering the amount of it in the market. When this war is over I sure as hell want these Russian import bans lifted.

3. Any number willing to partner and invest (i am) what is necessary in aggregate

With the Libtards in power? Good luck. Canada used to have a few good munitions manufacturers but they're all gone for a reason. Canada would rather import at high rates and charge Canadian businesses crazy fees for being munitions manufacturers because it goes against their (false) holier than thou left wing false-peace narrative. All the while having no compunction over charging extra-inflated taxes on the consumers and makers of 'Satan's bullets'.
