Build a reduced recoil load for 300 wm?

My girlfriend shoots 110 grain sierras out of my 270 wsm and I swear that they have less recoil than a 243 win plus there are more companies producing lighter bullets in larger calibers these days . Barnes now makes a 110 grain triple shock and nosler a 110 grain accubond. If I remember correctly barnes also makes a 130 grain triple shock in a 30 cal bullet , this might be a good place to start for you 300 mag.
