Build/New Prod Line/SA/1940

Gentlemen,
These files show us that SA is going to build a NEW BUILDING to hold a new production line to increase and double production on the M1 Garand Rifle. Does Ordnance see dark clouds coming this way?

What do you think they are setting up for ??
