Building a do it all .22lr and putting on iron sights

CZ makes barrels with open sights pre installed so you don't need to do all that work.You could trade your 20 inch barrel for a 25 inch barrel with open sights, as the factory sights will be hard to beat by amateur methods.

Ah, 20" gives best velocity with .22lr subsonic which matters for shooting at 200 and 300 yds (Silly but fun comps). Actually slower with a 25" barrel.

Thanks for the offer @gunrunner100. Actually dropped the rifle and parts off at the gunsmith earlier this week. I shall keep you posted.
