Building a N/R rifle

Hi could any one tell me if parts from ar can be used to build a N/R rifle using parts like barrel trigger and so on what receiver would you need to get if there is any out there

Macabbee (sp)... there is a thread on this rifle in the main battle rifle forum. Still have to fix the charging handle continually loosening but the rifle is functioning quite well now.

Did you even read the replies? Maple Ridge makes a receiver set, as does Maccabee. There are others as well.

There are NR semis still available. Depending on the purpose of the rifle, your budget, your inclination to cater to liberal agendas etc, you may be asking yourself "how long until these get banned too?!
