Building a Ruger 10/22 SBR PMACA?

Hey guys, I'm looking to build a NR ruger 10/22 SBR. Anyone have experience with building one? I'm digging the pmaca chassis and also even the fab defense stock.

Is that the same handguard or did you modify the existing one to add the pic rails on top?

Pretty sure its the same handguard with high rail from dlask
