Building an AR 15

Hey, I am new the sight and am in need of some help. I would like to start building an AR 15 as apposed to buying a new one. I am starting from scratch and require some help.

Where should I purchase the parts

Is there a manual someone else has used previous?

Any assistance would be great!

Got an RPAL? Building an AR won't save you any money. If that's your plan. There's lots of info on-line. Most of which is U.S. based so any prices and parts sources won't be of any use to you. Do a net search and rummage around the forum sponsor's sites.
