I might be blind. I don't see a 'competition' version of any chassis listed on Cadex's site. Do you have to custom request the longer competition forend?

It's the new Field Competition chassis for 2017. If you download their 2017 catalogue you will find it in there Cal.

I have to say it looks very proportional now with the long front end and no full length rail on top

Nice break, Love the rifle, great shooting, but, I liked the break better in black. Just an oppinion, it's still a magnificent looking firearm, and very impressive shooter by the looks of it.

Thanks I don't usually stray from the basic colours but I wanted to step outside of the box and give this a try. I like the way it turned out and you definitely notice it now.

I'll try and throw up some more pictures of groups with and without the brake on now that I gave the barrel a cleaning. I know it can shoot tighter groups than that so it was either me or the barrel that day. Either way though I'm really happy with the little change in poi with and without the brake.

Just got mine from Slim78, looks well built and can't wait to get it mounted on a brand new 6.5mm Bartlein barrel!
