I have a 40S&W with the ported barrel that I got from Marstar quite some time ago. I'd like to replace the front site to a fiber optic from Dawson. Does anyone know off hand know the exact dimensions of the dovetail? I tried measuring with caliper, but it's pretty tough. I came up with 0.060 high and .310 at the base of the sight. I've heard that they use the Kimber sight which is 0.070 and .330. Did they change at some point?
