Are places like Tenda and Firearmsoutlet.com legit places to buy from? Looks like 200-250 shells can be as low as 60-70 dollars which to me seems reasonable. I could be entirely wrong though so as always the expertise found here will be greatly appreciated.

Most gun stores will have flats for that price in store. You'll save the shipping costs.
And depending on the shell it might not be worth it. If its Winchester Universal dont buy it. A completely garbage shell.

I've already forgotten what one I was looking at but that wasn't it. I'll have to see if my local shops do have bulk available.

Interestingly, Can tire seems to be at a similar price point even without the shipping (price per round was about .43). I'll check my gunsmith shop tomorrow

Any actual gunshop will have it. What youre talking about is called a "flat" of shells and the guys who shoot in shotgun sports will shoot that in a day.
