If it's FMJ then I'd say no, not worth it IMO ......... that's 2x the price of surplus ammo.
If it's soft point ammo then maybe.
If you're just using it to punch paper then I wouldn't buy it ........... it's not hard to clean for corrosive ammo, just a little time is all.

Yeah, I know -- but the one annoyance about shooting the Mosin-Nagants and SVT-40 is that I must clean them after shooting. No waiting a day, it has to take place that same day. I'm a man who dislikes obligation. At any rate, I imagine its FMJ, didn't take that close a look at it. I don't need any x54r at the moment, but I was intrigued and wondered if anyone here had any experience with it.
