I've always like CCI Blazer and it looks like SFRC still has some in stock. I got the aluminum casings and I think it was ~270 shipped w/taxes.

So SFRC it is, I am using surplus Norinco right now and its dirty hope to find something as cheap but cleaner.

Watch the MFS ammo, its steel core ??? and cant be used at some ranges.

I don't think the 9mm MFS is steel core.

I think Al Flaherty's in Toronto has a decent deal on Winchester 115 gr 9 mm bulk packs at about 25$ for 100, or 250 for 1000

I wouldn't touch the MFS stuff, very dirty. Look at combatmaster.ca-they seem to offer pretty good deals on reloads.

MFS stuff is just fine - I watched guys go through the 2 day VSM course using it with no problems either with accuracy or reliability. I've started using it myself, since it's roughly equal to reloading in cost. It is NOT steel core, and while a little (very little) dirtier than Rem-UMC, doesn't get your gun dirty enough in 500 or 1,000 rounds to cause anything remotely approaching an issue.

When i see a great deal on ammo they are usually sold out or their shipping is higher to make up for the price.

I like to buy a crate of 1000 rounds and slip it with a friend, it look like a better deal.

I get mine from LeBaron, Remington UMC 250 rounds for $60, brass cased too.

They also have winchester whitebox 100 value packs, $23 for 100 IIRC
