Did a search but no results..was Looking to get a rifle for coyote in .243 with a bull barrel. I was looking at the H&R pardner .243 single shot, but people seem to have an issue with cartridges ejecting poorly. I know T/C has a predator rifle out but not in 243. Also taking suggestions on calibers between .243 up to .308, but excluding .270 (friend already has one). I should also mention ill be buying this brand new.

If you're sold on a single shot, check out the Ruger #1 heavy barrel varmint rifle; its miles ahead of any hinge action rifle. If price is the main issue, then check out a Savage bolt gun.
