Bullet Barn 9mm RN in Glock G17, yay or nay?

I'm looking at them as a viable alternative to the regular copper jacketed stuff. I have a non-polygonal barrel to shoot with, not the factory.

It should work fine. Even a standard polygonal Glock barrel can be used, but may require more frequent cleaning than one with conventional lands and grooves.

Simple rule do not shoot lead nose in factory barrels.
