I would have a good look at the Barnes 110 gr TSX. In the 270 WSM you can shoot them in excess of 3500 fps.
A 250 yard zero puts you 2.2" high at 150 yards and 2.8" low at 300 yards.
If you use a 6" MPBR it puts you 3" high at 150yards right on at 275 yds and 3" low at 325 yards.
If you have a 10 mph wind straight from the side you will have 7.7" of wind drift at 300 yards.
If you don't hand load sells the 270 WSM with the 110 gr. tipped TSX and the ballistics are just slightly better due to the better B.C.
I think that would make a great Antelope round, I have used the 130 gr TSX in a 300 WSM loaded to 3400 fps for white tails and it work real well. Shot 2 fawns just a hair over 200yrds away, a nice doe at close to 300 yrds and a yearling buck at over 400 yrds all had full penetration. On the yearling buck the bullet went through both front shoulders and the spine. My brother shoot a few deer with the same load and had great results also. He shot a young buck walking away at close to 300 yrds and it broke the back leg just below the hip joint and the bullet ended up stuck in the front shoulder on the opposite side.
The 270 WSM at 3500 fps should have a little better penetration with the extra 100 fps and slightly better sectional density.
Best of luck.
