Bullet Dimensions. Help.

What is the terminology on the slope of a bullet. I currently have developed a very finicky gun issue. It seems that Fat bullets don't seem to chamber in three of my guns. I haven't shot factory in a long time but had to shoot some #### PMC bronze ammo with nothing but problems. I shoot 40 SW major, I have been using Coated lead JTT bullets but this PMC just don't seem to chamber in anything reliably including my stock Glock 22. JTT bullet are not so fat in the middle and are slightly more pointy, not sure what that is called. I googled it but didn't find stuff.
Having said that any one know of skinnier factory bullets? 40SW.

My G22 eats Blazer Brass like candy. I've even run a couple boxes of their aluminum cased rounds through it with zero issues..

If factory PMC won't chamber in your gun, there's something wrong with it.

MY MP40 eats anything.

Check you mags. Should have 40 S&W follower.

Stock Glock mags.

PMC ammo is garbage. Never had any luck with it. I just reload.
