I was curious about bullet expansion.
I keep the throw away 18 l water bottles. I fill them with tap water and store them in a shed for use when we have a protracted power outage. If I stand one on end in the back of a toilet, it will power several flushes.
For bullet testing, I shoot into the flat end (the bottom). A bullet generally gets trapped inside the jug and can be recovered for inspection.
