Definitely, they are not in the controlled list requiring U.S. export license.

not trying to hijack this thread but what about a trigger guard??
can that be shipped to Canada?
its just a piece of curved metal is it not??
because i tried ordering one from the States and they are telling me they cant ship it to me.
