So I want to start shooting full wad cutters.
I have a lee mold for 158 SWC.
Would I be able to load the bullet in backwards?
Dont see why not, but figured I would ask.

I have never actually come across this, but my gut feel says no.

Would it compress the charges due to the shrinkage in volume in the case?

Depending on what the base of you SWC looks like, (how much bevel) a wadcutter will usually produce a cleaner hole.

Why not just get a wadcutter mold? I think there's one for sale in the EE as we speak.....;)
