Bullet Weight for AR with 1 in 7 twist. What are you using?

I shoot whatever I have. Have used bullets as light as 40gr. factory hollow points but prefer 55gr. or 62gr. for plinking. For serious work its Hornady 75gr. and Sierra 77gr. I have factory 5.56mm loads of both weights and shoot reloads with these same bullets with great accuracy.

I am shooting an 14.5" bbl Sabre Defence AR.
