bullplate lube?

Does anyone know how to get bullplate lube here in Canada? OR does anyone know what it is made from?
I was thinking of trying some speed green lube for high velocity cast bullets and read good things about this stuff. I don't know how the Gestapo, I mean customs agents would feel about an unlabled bottle of mystery green stuff being brought into canada without enviromental impact testing and French and English hazard and use labeling etc.

Bullplate is a mixture of synthetic 2 stroke oil and STP oil treatment. I forget the actual ratios. If you want to make speed green I have the recipe in the bullet making forum just with out the STP. It works very good but is a little bit soft. Hot summer months could use a wee bit of carnuaba wax to stiffen it up a touch.
