I just saw a video from FPS Russia using a conversion kit for the 870. I thought it was the greatest idea since squeezable mayonnaise bottles. Anyways, I searched really quick and couldn't find anything in Canada so I'm wondering if there is some restriction up here on these types of kits?! Any help would be appreciated.

No way. I refuse to believe that is even possible.
Mayo in squeeze bottles indeed :)

Also as pointed out by previous posters, converting anything not manufactured as bullpup to bullpup is prohibited.

They speak the truth...
Tears of reality flow from my eyes.

You could get the stock have the shotgun. When zombies come. Put them together. I doubt as you defend the children from the horde of infected the police be concerned with the staus of your boom stick.

Aka don't do it.

That stuff you get in squeeze bottles is not mayonnaise.
Bullpups not covered on your PAL course? If a firearm can be fired without having the bullpup stock in the firearm, it's prohibited. And don't try to figure out why. It'll give you brain damage.

Not true. The stock itself is the prohibited device and mere possession of it will render OP a raging madman who will go on a kitten killing spree at the slightest provocation.

This one might be a little different. Is it really technically a bullpup as the magazine still runs infront of the trigger

I like the way you think, but it is a no-go.

  • 2. Any rifle, shotgun or carbine stock of the type known as the “bull-pup” design, being a stock that, when combined with a firearm, reduces the overall length of the firearm such that a substantial part of the reloading action or the magazine-well is located behind the trigger of the firearm when it is held in the normal firing position.

If the action or the mag ends up behind the trigger then it is a bullpup and prohibited.

They say a bullpup is any firearm with the trigger in front of the action meaning if you put a trigger on it and it goes in front prohibited. Now it also says if the rifle is designed that way it's fine just you cant do it with any firearm that isn't made that way. That's why you can have a tavor and stuff like that.
