Hey Guys
How clean burning is bulls eye powder. And does any one know a good load using bulls eye bulk winchester 230 copper round nose and wlp primers. Thanks for your help.

Its ok, cleaner than unique , 5 grains comes to mind

That's what I use too, 5 grains - not the cleanest, but I've seen worse

I use 4 grains on a 230 grain bullet, winchester primers

I also use 4 grains of Bullseye with a 230 gr CMJ, win primers

If you shoot IPSC, you can make Major with 3.9gr.

For my 1911s, all I use is Bullseye. Can't go wrong with 5gr & a 230gr bullet.

If you don't get dirty you're not shooting enough

4.5 grains of Bullseye with a 230 grain cast bullet out of mine. However, you should work up a load for a pistol the same as you do for a rifle.
