Does anyone have any practical experience with either of these target camera systems ? They both create their own wi fi hot spots, and can be theoretically used anywhere, line of sight. These seem almost almost capable of replacing the spotting scope. I am looking for any pro's or cons to the various systems out there. I shoot mainly 100-300 yds with a CZ 527 in .223 topped off with a 4 x 12 x 40 scope, and a .17 WSM. At 100 yds the .17's are really hard to see, even with a 60x spotting scope.

I have the bullseye long range edition and have had no experience with the Caldwell system. I think the Bullseye system is a great tool and a nice compact system. My only complaint is the chance of poor range based on your shooting spots geography. I find that if it is a bit rolly I have had lack of reception with the wifi. This is sometimes and not always it just depends on my location. If your only shooting 100-300 yards though I'd think reception would not be an issue. Still think it's a great bang for a buck and even with a higher end spotter you run into things like mirage that isnt effected with a camera system.
