Bumping add in EE

Hello, Whenever you want to bump your add in EE, do the mods need to approve every bump (BTT)? I tried replying to my add to bump it and it gave me a message that it will be posted once it has been approved by a moderator. If yes, how long is a typical wait time? I tried last week to bump my add from a month ago. Still no add. I reached out to 2 mods but I have not received any reply. Sorry if this has been discussed, I've searched the forum for an answer and was unsuccessful. Thanks.

You can bump exactly every full 7 days, no questions asked.
Something sounds wrong in your situation.

You can bump every 5 days. If your a team member.

Thanks guys. My add was first posted December 10. Tried bumping it for first time last week. I'll wait another day for a reply from a mod. Then i'll try another mod.
