Bumping up add

Hi all , I posted an add a couple of weeks , since then it has slid down to page 3 or 4 . Was looking on forum and try to figure out how to bump it back up to first page . I know I see it done all the time . How do you do it without deleting and making a new add .

just go to your own ad, and make a reply. that moves it to the top

As above but read the forum rules regarding this. I believe that they only permit bumping once a week.
