has anyone been able to get one from them?
i have been trying to get one for a while now and they just dont seem to care about it!
leupold was real quick at that!
 
i can check their website, but i still would like a catalog!
i am starting to get the impression that burris dosent care about future customers or even present ones....

Well I would have to argue in their favor this time. I just sent a FFII back for repair, I got it back in under 5 weeks, considering the border that was real quick. They even put the scope in a new sock, box and even gave me a new scope cover. Took me a few minutes to see that it was in fact my scope!! They even sent me a catalog!!!

The service was excellent, but their communication wasn't nearly so good.

That said, I'd still buy a Leupold over a Burris, especially a new one.
 
I bought a FFII about 3 years ago. 3-9x 40mm. It's an excellent scope. Especially considering you can find them for $200 brand new with the ballistic plex. The Leupold VXIII and the Zeiss Conquest lines are better scopes with slightly better glass and more features. However for the price and as a hunting scope I have absolutely no complaints with my Burris. It's a well built quality product with good glass.

I search for a product and after I ask the manufacturer for a catalog, Burris did not send me one and I asked twice, so Leupold Mark 4 was the winner.

And I did the same for my rifle.

Treat them the same way they treat you.
