Today I emailed Burris to see if I could purchase a couple replacement screws for some Zee rings and they just shipped them to me for free!

They're customer service is fantastic!

Thought I'd just put that out there.

I had an ancient (well, late-90's) Fullfield II lose its seal and allow some fogging internally. Sent it off to Stoeger and it made its way over the border. I had it back inside 3 weeks, purged and resealed and looking like someone scrubbed it clean inside and out - they took years of use off of it. I paid for shipping to Stoeger Canada, that's it. It's sitting on a .22LR now and living out it's senior years bringing smiles to my kids and nephews with bouncing targets and spinning plates.

I know I beat this drum all the time, but the Fullfield IV is by far my favorite inexpensive scope option. More than VX-Freedoms, Crossfires, Diamondbacks, Vipers, anything with a Bushnell logo new or old, you name it. Such a good package for the price.

I must be the exception I guess. Although I only attempted to use thier warranty once I didn't find them helpful at all. They shipped me back a scope I sent them without any repairs, did not respond to emails either. Haven't bought any of their products since and most.

Maybe it was a one off or a disgruntled employee.

I recently put a Fullfield IV 4-16x50 on a CZ 457 and am super impressed with it so far. Excellent value for the $$$, time will tell I guess.
