Can you just install a simple and cheap aluminum picatinny riser?
Just choose a height based on how you want the sight to witness the iron sights when they’re up.
I personally like a AR/Micro type Red dot on a HD/TAC shotgun, Vortex SPARC2, Crossfire, Aimpoint, Primary Arms. I find the handgun sized Red dots are slightly too small.

Be aware the UTAS15 have a horrible QC on their rails, it would behoove you to try it first. I tried my Venom on it and it didn’t even kind of fit. Just and FYI.
