Burris FastFire

My son has a Mod 94 and mounted an XS scout scope rail on it. It mounts in the rear sight dovetail and requires the top front of the receiver to be tapped for one hole. He mounted a Fastfire III to it. It looks a little unusual but adds a negligible amount of weight to the gun, allows shooting with both eyes open and is extremely quick to use. He's killed a couple of deer with it. I find it much faster than iron sights and that it holds zero very well.

Great Thx. I think i will try it. Waiting for a Mossberg 464.

I have one on my Marlin 44 mag, works great very fast to acquire a site picture and in my experience ( own 4) they hold up where others seem to fail with recoil.
