Burris Posi Zee rings

Does anyone here in CGN land know if the offset inserts for the Zee rings would also work in a horizontal offset mode?

Problem:
Rem. 700 SA scope base holes are drilled offset, so that once the base is mounted with normal rings, I run out of horizontal adjustment trying to get zeroed. I have enough vertical space (with a 20 MOA base), but need more horizontal room for adjustment.

Absolutely, I have done it and it works just fine. Set your scope in the center of it's adjustment range and try different inserts until you are close enough, then use your adjustments for fine tuning.
