Anyone had any experience with this. I figured I was in luck since it only had to go to Whitby, but once there, and at the 7 week mark I asked for an update and was told it was sent to the US for repair and they wouldnt know anything else until it was back in their hands.

Now onto 12 weeks since theyve received it, and Ive dropped them a couple lines, with no response back. Im happy theyre fixing the scope and all, and free since its under their lifetime warranty... but not having the scope for this long is a bit of a killer.

Happy to say I did end up picking up a Zeiss for the time being, so Im not without optics and can get back out there... but my lack of confidence with Burris is slowly fading.

I sent one away for warranty work and did not place a time frame on the return of the scope for this hunting season. It will arrive when it has been repaired. I imagine that there may be a few that were sent in on the same shipment and they can only repair one scope at a time. Good idea that you picked up another scope to fill in.
