Burris ring on Picatinny?

Any problem useing Burris rings on a picatinny type base? I have an EGW 20moa base for my savage and a spare set of 30mm burris rings. Any problem with mounting these rings as they are a weaver type ring and the picatinny mounts have a bit more space between the lugs thanthe weavers?

iIRC the Weaver style rings fit fine on a picitinny base. shouldnt be any major issues with it.
but as soon as i find a picatinny base for my savage LA in canada for under $150 i'll let you know LOL

Have you tried an EGW base for your Savage? Burris tactical rings fit as do the Zee rings. will likely need to order your base from south of the border though.

I currently have Burris Zee rings on my Near Manufacturing rail. They fit fine.
