Burris Signature rings - how would you improve them?

I would have a separate wedge at the base so you can tip the rings off rather than have to slide them on and off rails. Also, slot head drivers are really dumb. The cross bolt needs a coin slot head with a torx socket in the middle.

They would be perfect with three upgrades:

1) Torx head bolts instead of flatheads. (Although it's not too difficult to find allen head socket head cap screws, 6-40 thread, and grind them down to about 1 1/16".)

2) Beefed up to work with 10-32 instead of 6-40 crossbolts.

3) Offer more of the rings with the nickle-plate.

None of my Burris Z-rings did this (three sets) but my only set of Signature Zee rings was waaaay too tight on the bases and scratched the crap out of them getting them installed.

So...maybe not so tight? Otherwise, I love these rings!
