I've been tempted to buy a Burris, but the customer service is a hassle in case one fails.

X 2....that being said I've owned about 4 or 5 burris scopes and never had any problems.

I sent one in State side, for a reticle change, 2 weeks total time .
The Burris Signature has 40 % more internal glass, and it makes a big change, like looking through high end binos.

blah blah blah warrantee, returns, customer service, blah blah blah.

Getting a scope fixed or replaced is going to be a PITA regardless, and it does not factor in to my decisions. Plus, I have a few spare scopes on hand anyway
