Burris warranty

I bought a used burris signature series 3-9x40 and found that the scope is fubar. Does not hold zero. The scope was previously on a 340 wthby (or a 378 wthby, not sure). I had it on a 270 and recently tried it on a 308. But she's hooped the big one. Just wondering if anyone has dealt with Burris in the past and how their warranty is. As well, what can I do?

From my experience there service is awesome. I have a Black Diamond scope which had some issues - it cost me the freight to send it there - nothing more.
Turns out there was some issues with their repair - because form Canada they gave me some rings and bases of my choice to cover the frieght to get it back to them.
Phone 970-356-1670 and ask for Larry regarding repair work.
I'm pretty sure the Signature series scopes have the "Burris Forever Warranty" so you should be good to go for free repair- just the cost for freight.
