Burris XTR rings for XCR

Im looking to mount my zeiss 3-9x40 on my xcr for some coyote action this winter!!!! Burris xtr rings look good but i dont know what height to get? help me out guys

Start by figuring out your scope lenght on your xcr rail, sometimes the bell will hang over your barrel and thus will not hit the rail. Then ring hight depends on your cheek weld at that point. If your bell hits the rail with proper eye allignment and cheek weld then the minimum height depends on the bell diameter.
Next, take half your bell diameter, in your case its 20mm. I have several XTR rings and i believe the "high" rings are 20mm-3/4" and the extra high are 25mm or 1".
So by bare minimum you would need 21mm if the scope falls over the rail like an AR flattop.

I hope this makes sence, I'm absolutely hammer pool side in Mexico.

I have a Bushnell 6-24x50mm and my XCR absolutely need extra-high rings.
Remember that the scope will sit over the rail and my scope clears by 1mm.

I have the 30mm High Burris rings on my XCR with a Falcon 1.5-5X30 mounted in them. As you can see there is still plenty of room under the objective bell. I could probably go with the medium height rings.

Try Jerry at Mystic Precision, I bought Burris Zee rings off him and he also has the XTR's

It is the Rock River Arms Operator Stock Kit (Bought from Questar) and the Dlask XCR M4 stock adapter with ambidextrous sling attachment plate (I have an extra New Dlask adapter and sling attachment available. PM me if your interested).

Where are you guys buying the Burris rings from? Who has the best price on them? I need to buy a number of them so it's not going to be cheap.

I bought my rings from my local dealer. Not sure who has the best prices.
