bush branded scope

Have an older scope, made by bush. At least that's the name on it. Says 4x32 image moving. never heard of either the brand or image moving. Seems pretty clear, but I was wondering how you adjust it as it doesn't have any turrets or other visible means of adjustment.
Any info appreciated.

Found them! You loosen the ring closest to the rear mount and it slides back to expose the adjustment dials. Was too tight at first which was why I couldn't find it.

Weird. Could you take a picture for us? Does it have both windage and elevation adjustments under there?
