Appears to be a proprietary lower that cannot function with semi-auto uppers, as there's no buffer tube.

Like a Ruger Precision, but with the ability to utilize more of our now useless AR parts.

Also, the charging handle is ambidextrous. Ejection is likely right-side only, judging by the port size.

Not really my thing but aside from my opinion we may never see this anyways considering the bolt action Kodiak Defense KD200 was prohibited as an AR variant. The tyrants are on a roll

Although both are "AR-style" rifles with straight pull uppers, I think the KD could accept semi-auto uppers also - no ?

AFAIK, the Bushmaster cannot.
