I normaly don't try and talk people out of guns, but is there a reason you want the Carbon 15 over a regular AR15? From what I have seen and read the Carbons are not that great...

They are near unbelievably light. If you want a 'Keep It Simple Stupid' fun carbine, I'd say go for it.

Any crap i hear about them was related to the .223, never had any issues with the 9mm.
