Is it compatable with a regular lower assembly? Does it come as an upper only? Flat top, mid length, heavy barrel would be ideal!

As our website clearly shows it's a complete firearm (not an upper only)... the lower is a standard lower... gun is a Flat top with detachable carry handle... CAR length handguards.
