internals are based on the ar 180, but will probably be restricted cause of the quick change barrels, being available in short, "restricted" lengths. oh yeah and cause the "RCMP" will find some reason to make it restricted.

the XCR has quick change barrels and is available in restricted lengths, so why isn't it restricted?
