Bushmaster SBR (7.5"bbl) upper?

Does anyone know if the Bushmaster type 21S (type 97) uppers are available in Canada.

I like the sight rail, although Im not sure as to the reliability of the 7.5" bbl.

The M203 type foregrip on the 9mm version is new as well.

Does antone know of an integral rail of this type that is available?

I have a 7.5" Bushy. Shoots GREAT and is a real blast too! Functions flawlessly.
